Policy for returning standard products:

• Product is refunded as a credit to the customer’s account.
• Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All Canadian Orders ship to the Waterloo factory.
• Product must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
• Products ordered over six (6) months prior to return date or which are not in original condition will not be reimbursed.
• Any product returned for credit that it is deemed to not be in original condition and ineligible for maximum refund will be offered to be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If no answer is received within five (5) business days, the product becomes the property of MKW Oufitters and the product will be scrapped.
• The original order number or invoice number is required for returns.
•  An RMA is required before any returns can be accepted. Returns that arrive without RMA paperwork will not be accepted.
• No returns will be accepted for product that is discontinued or for which discontinuation has been announced.
